Artisan Chef, Kristin Burdick

We are pleased to present our wines to you paired with right-sized delicacies

created by our artisan Chef, Kristin Burdick.

Just so you know, in addition to our

Farm tours and tastings by appointment,

we can  arrange a  special private wine and food pairing for you with up to 16 participants.

If such an intimate occasion appeals to you, we will be more than happy to personally discuss your options here at

Westbrook Wine Farm vineyard and winery

The following is an example of the possibilities

Weather permitting, we will be starting in the vineyard so when you arrive please drive  up to the vineyard parking area by the picnic tables.

Although we practice "no till" farming it is still a good idea for folks to not wear open toed or high heel footwear.

You may wish to refer all guests to our web site www.westbrookwinefarm.com  for a look at us and our Bucolic location.

No minors and no smoking permitted

While walking the vineyard we will partake in a cold glass of our sassy

Uber Rhenish Dry Riesling

paired with seared scallops, honey goat cheese, crisp prosciutto and balsamic drizzle

atop artisan toast finished with lemon thyme.

After our brief viticultural trek, we will repair to the cool sanctum of the wine cellar

Where we will begin with our barrel fermented and sur lie aged Viognier/Valdiguie

paired withShrimp Ceviche and English pea purée atop a  homemade potato chip

finished with oregano.

Following these first two white wines will be our new co-fermented Blanc de Noir we call Point Blanc

from grapes grown entirely at Love Ranch Vineyard in Coarsegold. With it you will enjoyD'anjou

pears, Humboldt fog bleu cheese and toasted walnuts atop water crackers finished with chive.

Your first red wine will be our new Malbec Saint Michael which will exhibit its heady perfume and

spicy flavors in concert with Shredded Cornish game hen and smoked Gouda with a black

cherry/cognac drizzle atop artisan toast finished with tarragon.

A very special Clone 4 Cabernet Sauvignon grown at over 3000 feet in elevation in Mariposa County will

steal your attention, and perhaps your heart when tasted with Chef Burdick's Thai marinated - thinly sliced

sirloin in cucumber cups.

Never to leave your tasting experience unfinished, it will be a

 Fait Accompli 2007 "Renaissance"

in the decadent companyof a dark chocolate and fresh strawberry torte.

We are looking forward to your visit
